Camera setup for event

I am new to streaming events, and i just learned that it is not the best idea to live stream using RTSP. I know there are others, like NDI, SDI, etc. My question is.. What is the best connection for a live stream to Youtube and facebook with a HDMI PTZ camera?

So you should not worry about the protocol: since there is some preset for YT in OBS. See OBS/Settings/Stream/Service
(RTMP is the standard protocol for YT. and regarding RTSP: dont know what you are talking about. Probably not relevant for YT)
