Camera runs only for one tool

If I have OBS open where my cam is being used, I can't use it anywhere else. I have to close OBS to get it working again. Is there a setting so I can use the cam multiple? Have a Logitech G910

Webcams can only be used by one program at a time....

this is the reason, why there is the virtual webcam feature.
