Camera output changes to very dark output when changing any setting

Hi,

I have the problem that the output of an Action Cam (Victure AC700) gets very dark whenever i change a camera setting in OBS.
The problem is not really OBS related due to the fact that if i do this on the windows cam app it behaves the same. It seems to be a Problem with the Victure AC700 Webcam mode. if i turn of the cam and reconnect it via usb its good until i change any setting. Any suggestions?
