Question / Help Camera not listed under Video Capture Device

My laptop came factory issued with a camera, and this camera isn't even showing up under video capture device. Any tips?

-driver installed?
-cam work in other software (skype/browser/...)

Okay I found the issue, the camera was just disabled for some reason. I pressed FN F6 and re-enabled it.
