Question / Help Camera not detecting

in obs my camera wont show as an option at all when i click device it doesnt do a drop down menu every other software detects my camera even xsplit its a ps3 eye camera running code laboratories driver for it and i even tried having a overlay show a window of another program showing the camera and it had a thick black border around
