I'm not sure if this is an error or just the way the hardware is performing.
We are using a custom built PC with an ASRock ABM350 motherboard, a Ryzen 5 1600X CPU, and 16GB of DDR4 2400 RAM. Our capture card is a Hauppauge Colossus 2 PCI capture card.

There does not seem to be video/audio lag on our stream output, but when we are shooting our video, there is a delay when we move and zoom the camera to when it reacts and is visible on the OBS preview screen.
Not sure if this is normal or to be expected or if there are changes we can make to minimize this delay.
We stream live church services and this delay makes it difficult to follow the speaker.
