So while using obs. my camera is freezing and then when i turn it off on obs and back on obs doesnt detect my camera at all in device list.
i've tried reinstalling drivers, i tried reinstalling obs. same issue persists. im using two logitech c920, sometimes if i restart my pc i can get camera to work. but if i close obs say when done s treaming and re open it the camera isnt detected and i'll have to restart, also some times the camera image freezes, if i turn off visibility and back on the camera isnt detected anymore. ive had this issue since update maybe 20 in obs studio.
23:21:55.451: (WebCamera C920): data.GetDevice failed
23:21:55.451: (WebCamera C920): Video configuration failed

is in my log file.

Make sure you're not running both webcams off the same usb host controller. The bandwidth required for multiple cams can exceed the USB2.0 spec limit, and there's nothing OBS can do about that.

Is there any other process running that might be trying to use the camera?

02:23:09.855: (WebCamera C920): data.GetDevice failed
02:23:09.855: (WebCamera C920): Video configuration failed
02:23:10.004: CalculateFileHash: Failed to open file 'C:\Users\SnuggleBunny\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\updates\whatsnew.json':
02:23:34.332: (WebCamera C920): data.GetDevice failed
02:23:34.332: (WebCamera C920): Video configuration failed

Basically all OBS does is address the camera through its driver. The above messages indicate OBS is trying to, but the camera is not answering; so either something else is using it, the camera can't operate with the video device settings you've selected, or there is a problem with the camera, it's driver, or the USB controller it is plugged into that is preventing OBS from communicating with the camera.

Nothing else using my camera, just obs, and only obs. which is weird, cause sometimes i can use the camera on obs. close out obs, and re open it and boom camera wont work lol and ill have to restart pc. then it works, and if i close obs and re open it same issue., some times i get an issue where the camera image will freeze and closing and re opening obs causes camera to not be detected. so not sure. here
