Question / Help Camera IP stop on windows but not on Linux

Hello Friends,
How are you?

We have a Camera IP to stream transmit by Youtube. We configure it in OBS, add a media source with the address Camera IP and your user and password camera!
For exemple:
rtsp://user:password@ip_cam:port/udp/av0_0
We can see the cam by VLC and OBS, ok!
But, in Windows, the view and transmission stop/cut after 4 or 5 minutes. Then, we did test In Linux Mint and works well without stop/cut.
I would like to know why this problem and if how to fix it. I need that works in windows for now.

hi i think i have the same problem...
i am doing a live stream from a owl box and i have 3 ip camera in it
camera drops out after som minutes and when i change to next sceen and back to "main" they appear back.
i am new to obs so maby i am doing somting wrong ? (have used wirecast for 2 yers on same settup)

Hi,

I do have the same problem with OBS for Windows, RTSP stream is turning black after few minutes
RTSP stream seems working well via VLC video player, and also works well with OBS for Linux (Ubuntu) and MAC OS
I use the lastest OBS version (22.0.2) and it did happen with old version I used before
Please help !
