Camera in Use?

More info: The setting I have been using is OBS Camera for Remo/Streamyard, etc. Turns out the same happens on other platforms, not just on Remo. However I fixed it by starting the virtual camera and using that setting instead of just the OBS Camera. Now the OBS Camera setting was working for the last year. Any thoughts on how it just somehow stopped working?
