Camera image not central

I'm using a different laptop and the camera image being shown appears to be about 25% out of centre and vertical lines show as being on a slant. What is wrong is it a setting not correct somewhere.

When I login using the Web login, all works perfectly the camera sees what's in front of it. But when I use OBS the camera shows an image of what's about 20 degrees counter clockwise.

However on a different laptop it works normally when using OBS, which suggests it's not a camera issue.

Here is a screen shot taken on my pc, you can clearly see that the camera image is different, it should be the same, place mouse over picture to get full size view

Tomorrow I will have my previous laptop available, so will post pictures from each laptop so you can clearly see my problem

As promised here is the same camera connected to another laptop showing what should be seen.

Problem solved, I had forgotten to alter the camera image to fit the preview screen. It was just showing part of the camera image. Thanks for your help
