Camera goes off when change in the settings.

I have the problem that when I want to set up my Logitech C920 in OBS, the camera turns instantly off when i change something. I can't set a resolution or anything like that. OBS was reinstalled and Windows too but the problem still persists.

In Streamlabs the cam is working.

Does anyone have an idea and can help me?
