camera freezes and OBS stops streaming.

This started happening a week ago. I've been streaming GTAV online for a few months with little to no issues. Then suddenly last week my camera ( c920 ) would freeze and OBS would stop streaming and become unresponsive accept that sometimes I can click on the cameras property tab in OBS and then exit the tab and the camera would come back, obs would start streaming, and I'd have a 2 min delay.

This happens at any time. It can happen a few minutes after I start, or an hour after I start. I have tried using different cameras, switching USB ports, turning off game mode, switching codecs and lowering frame rate for the camera. Nothing has helped.

I have included the last two log files where I believe I had issues.

UPDATE

I ran it through the analyzer and it said that I had an extra game capture open in the same scene. So I turned it off and was able to stream successfully for several hours.

Then today I added a browser source (vdo.ninja) and within 20 minutes it froze again. Same as before.
