Camera for OBS Studio Not found with 29 update

The obs-ios-camera source worked just fine in 28, I upgraded and now the plugin can no longer be found. I've tried to install the 2.9.3-windows-x64 version of the plugin by using the exe as well as just dragging the files into the obs-plugin (even though it already had them)

I can remove a plugin from the folder and it removes it from OBS, so I at least know the location is correct. But the Ios Source won't show up as an option anymore
