Camera controls not working with Logitech C920

Hello,
I have just replaced the C920 i was borrowing with another C920 however, on the new camera none of the controls through Configure Video in OBS are working. the only thing i really need is the zoom but i move the slider and nothing happens. I have tested on other settings as well and no change. Any info would help tremendously!

Well, I don't what to tell you.
If you haven't yet, uninstall the camera source and add it again and see what happens...

Also, if you have any Logitech software running turn it off....
