Question / Help Camera colors messed up

instead of red and blue, it shows these lines of red and blue next to each other.
This problem only appears in OBS Studio, any other application such as OBS, VideoCap and default camera app show colors just fine. Any ideas what could be wrong? I'm sure I probably messed something up.

not sure of we need a log, I mean, I'm not even recording. (though it does record with messed up colors)

Thanks for reply. So after some testing here's what I was able to find, this problem only happens on NV12 format, not on YUV2, however, NV12 is the only supported format when using 1080p. 1080p is exactly what I want. Not sure why OBS Studio doesn't like NV12, other apps display it just fine. (there is no 1080p option in OBS (classic one) btw)

*bump* any ideas anyone? Not sure if this is a bug in OBS or not. I just want to be able to record 1080p videos with my camera using OBS.
