Camera Color Correction Controls

Using v 29.1.0 beta 4 on Windows 10,

I want to be able to adjust my video's gamma but I can't find a filter for color correction.

I click on "video capture device" and then on a "filters" button and then on a "+" sign. A list of filters appears but they all appear to be audio filters. There is nothing for color correction.

I found a webcam settings dialog but it only has "brightness" and "contrast" with "gamma" grayed out. Is there a more complex set of color-correction controls, and if so, why can't I find it? Is it because I'm using a beta version? I have scoured the documentation and watched YouTube videos but I can't seem to find this more elaborate set of color correction controls.

Thank you.

Camera: Canon XF100 through Elgato Cam Link 4K.

The problem I was having was that the "+" sign for the Effect Filters was completely hidden by the task bar (720 x 1280) which is a bug as far as I'm concerned. When I moved the task bar to the left of the screen the "+" sign was revealed.

There is plenty of screen real estate to shorten that window by 40 pixels so that the task bar doesn't cover an important part of the user interface.
