I have been streaming for a while ussing OBS with a blue yeti mic.Never had any problems.Yesterday i bought a Logitech C920 camera and as soon as i added it to my
stream setup an echo of my voice has appeared in the stream/recording.I check and i still have my blue yeti mic as the default one for OBS and i have also disabled the
camera mic from Windows Recording Devices panel.Somehow my voice is still echoing. As soon as i remove the camera everything goes back to normal.

Make sure your webcam is also muted in the mixer portion OBS. By default, any video device will also have its audio included.

Disable "Use Custom Audio Device" in the Video Capture Source properties.

This option can be misleading when you first read it, people think, "Yes, I am using a custom audio device I should enable it and select my microphone."

What this option actually does is replaces the webcams microphone source with the input of your microphone, if you also have the same microphone as a source, you have now duplicated it.
