Hi,
I used to make a lot of streams with capture image from video calls like Zoom, Clickmeeting or Google Meet and they all have always worked fine. Then about a month ago something weird started happening.
in the middle of stream the source capturing the window with the video call would loose the video image, showing only the background screen of the aplication. This started happening with zoom, Click Meeting, google Meet, Whereby and others (tries swtiching to make sure it wasn't a zoom or Google Meet specific problem).
Image is below.
I run a stream from a cloud server so I don't believe this is something todo with my machine. I am using OBS version 26.0.2 but even when it was on version 25 I had this problem. It literally started about a whole month ago, because my lives on October 10 and 11 were fine, but afterwords the problem started.
What I saw so far but can't confirm is that at the moment you alt+tab the Video call window to OBS for changes (I am managing the cloud server through a laptop) it looses the video images being capture and this is not a visual bug as the stream going out also looses the videos. I tried disabling Hardware acceleration on Chrome as well to no effect. Saw this happening also when I resized the video call window.
This video call is added as a Window Source. The below example is with Clickmeeting, but as stated, it happens with all of them.
What can be the problem?
thanks
