Camera Audio Out of Sync | OBS Studio 0.14.1

I had a problem in a Twitch stream on Friday when using OBS Studio 0.14.1

The camera would drift out of sync with the mic and then a clicking sound would also be heard (Link to the Twitch VOD below)

I started the local recording then 2 seconds later click start streaming

OBS has high priority on the CPU
CPU never went above 80%
Local HDD recording has the same sync issue

I have been testing over the weekend and this problem has not shown up in any local only recordings.

Issue is most prevalent near the end of the VOD

Confirmed that the desync is still there for a second stream a week later.
Mid stream I rolled back to 0.13.4 and the desync is gone. (Same config)

Hopefully it will be fixed in the next version
