Camcorder, Wifi, VLC plugin

Here is what I want to do:
"camcorder -> wifi -> OBS VLC plugin" using a relatively inexpensive Camcorders (not worried about audio).
The one that I'm currently looking at is the Panasonic HC-V380 which I think will work, but if I study their manual it only talks about Apps to access things over WiFi. I know the VLC plugin will work fine using wifi cameras as I've tested with smartphones. I want to use a URL in VLC plugin so I can see what I'm videoing on the Camcorder.
Can you help?

Same interest here. I currently use several HC-V380 camcorders for live streaming of shows. Right now, I use them via HDMI/USB cables, but am limited to around 10M cables to get a reliable signal. For some of the venues I work in, a camera may be nearer 30M away, whic his currently not possible. I've also looked at the Panasonic app, and it works well enough, but only to view on my phone. Panasonic also apparently offer their own streaming system, but again it only works from the phone. So far, I've had no luck trying to work out how to connect to them from OBS, but haven't exactly given up!
