Cam Resolution On Load Is Low

Hiya all, I'm using an array of Zoom Q2n4K cams for my livestreaming rig, connected via either USB or HDMI capture. When the cam shot loads, the resolution is not 100% fully loaded, as you can see in the attached video.

How would I get the cams to switch *after* they're "fully loaded"?
