cam link 4k works on Mac, not on Windows

I'm trying to set up live-streaming for my church. We have a Sony AX33 camcorder, cam link 4k and lenovo pc. I get no picture. When I plug in the same camera/cam link into my MacBook, it works perfectly. What did I do wrong? Thanks.

Make sure you set your resolution to the exact resolution of the device it's connected to (select custom resolution, and use the drop down to select the resolution). It has no scaler, so until it's set to the correct resolution, it will show nothing.
