Cam gets pixelated during movement in games on stream.

Hello! I just got a new camera, Sony A7siii. I tested today and my camera is clear when there's no movement but when there's movement in the game my camera gets really pixelated. I have no idea how to fix this. Here's a link to the vod that shows my camera going blurry doing movement https://www.twitch.tv/videos/876545362. I attached a screen shot of my Output settings. Hope its possible to fix this! Would really appreciate any help.

I think I know what I did wrong, for fast motion games I should change to 720p and for games like WoW I can leave it on 1080p

Pixelation is a hallmark of insufficient bitrate.
1080p60 video 'wants' 12000kbps for an average 0.1 bits-per-pixel, which is the general point of good-quality streaming video.
Dropping to 720p would allow a higher bits-per-pixel value and result in clearer video, yes.

Just some background on the what and why. :)

What if this doesn’t work.? No streamer on twitch has over 8,000 bit rate and they are partners. I see 936p and 1080p doing just fine. I’m at 6,000 bit rate because I’m not a partner and I have the same issue as him even at 720 60fps
