Question / Help Cam buffering option?

Greetings,
I'm useing OBS Studio like 3rd day and still didnt find option to delay my webcam?
There was an option like this in OBS. I need it to sync my mic cuz Im useing Reaper that makes like 100~ms delay for mic.
I think You know what I mean.

Right-click on your video capture source > Filters > Add an async delay filter

O my gosh, I didn't notice that there are 2 windows with filters.
I was searching in this "Effect filters" not "Audio/Video filters".
