Cam 4 audio not being picked up by OBS

Hi guys,

We are using OBS with 4 cameras. However, OBS suddenly stopped picking up the audio for Cam4. The mic and cable works for CAM4 but it doesn't reflect in OBS.

Attached is the log for the last recording we did.

Can you please help fix the audio issue?
