Callback for split being initiated.

It would be handy to have a call back for when a split (split recording) is initiated in OBS. There is a transcription plugin I would like to modify to split the subtitle file when the recording is split, as that sort of breaks the correct file formatting now as the plugin does not realize the recording was started and stopped. I can't think of another way to make that happen.
