How can i calculate the right bitrate based on the output resolution and the upload speed?? Is there a web calculator to do that??
Many time i've low upload speed (often i use 4G modem) so i need to set lower res/bitrate to get a smooth streaming.
I've found one some year ago but it does not work anymore.
