c922 will not work with OBS and only OBS

I recently tried Chromacam and i think it busted OBS' ability to use my webcam.

Every time I "activate" the webcam, the LEDs on the cam blink twice and then nothing.

The camera works perfectly fine with every other app on my system.

Any ideas on what the hecc is going on would be great.
