Hello, I have a strange problem when I use the Logitech C922 Cam.
I forced it to use 60 FPS on 1280x720 (720p) and while I'm in-game it causes OBS to lower the FPS. If I try it without the cam I have 60 FPS all the time without any issue.
I checked:

* Latest drivers (which not exist for the cam)
* Tried different color- / space profiles in OBS / CAM
* Tried all default settings in OBS / Cam
* Tried to use an USB 3.0 port instead (no difference)
* Set the process Priority to 'Above normal' (helped a little bit)
* In advance options/properties (OBS Cam ones) I ensured I turn everything off which is enabled by default (e.g low light compression) since this might cause some issue. This settings are also know to re-set after OBS restart (known bug?!)
* I'm using OBS 17.0.2 (latest right now)
* Lowering the CPU present not really helps here, I've tried 'very fast' which only cases a little bit on quality loss but is not really related to the Cam issue I mentioned.
* OS: Win 10 LTSB Ent. 1607 (14393.726)
* Stream itself is also 720p.
Theoretically I could go with 30 FPS but I purchased the Cam because 60 FPS. What else I can try?!
