Buzzing/vibrating sound when recording in OBS

Hi, when I started recording a video and listened to it after I could hear my voice but theres a loud buzzing sound over it. When I look at the audio mixer I can see the mic go red and it's at a very high volume. Can someone help me figure out the issue? It's a built in mic for my laptop and it only sounds this way for OBS
