I'm planning to build dual pc streaming setup and I curious how powerful should be streaming machine with OBS to stream 1080p60?

Hm... It's kinda obvious :) But I have very limited budget, so I don't want to overkill it. Do I really need to build another 2K$ machine just to run OBS on it?

To run OBS Studio you need dx10.1 or OpenGL 3.2 hardware support (this is the main restriction).

The uncompressed 1920x1080@60 fps video is about 2 985 984 000 bits/s of bandwidth or 1 492 992 000 bits/s (in case of 4:2:0 chroma subsampling). Or ~1.5 Gbit/s of data. So, you still need compression. The level of this pre-compression has influence on destination (streaming) PC power - to be able to decode and then re-encode stream (maybe hw encoder at streaming PC is good option too).
