Build with SRT support

I was wondering if there was a build with SRT for testing. I've only managed to get it working with gstreamer at the moment.

I just finally worked out how this would be working. I have made a UDP output test via ffmpeg with multiple audio tracks . I presume SRT would be functioning the same.

I can tell you that obs can use SRT, but I mad it by build a version of ffmpeg that use SRT, but when run this version of obs, it may crashed beacause the error in the avcodec-58.dll(this dill is from the ffmpeg that use SRT)
