Build from source,but no like with release exe about setting

I build source which want to add my stream setting. I know obs for Reatream.io stream auth like this:

I can click it.
But when I build fom source , the Settings UI is :

why don't have browser authentication?
I am using github doc to build， Install Instructions · obsproject/obs-studio Wiki (github.com)
Cmake Optional enable BUILD_BROWSER.
