Hello, I have a problem with installing OBS! When I go to OBS download and write to me that I have to install "Microsoft Visual C +++" I download everything went according to plan and as I try to install again, then I need to install
"Microsoft Visual C +++".

I would ask for help as soon as possible.

PS: I restarted the computer and it still didn't work
 
That's not a bug. If you ran both the installers and OBS still can't open, then one or more of the installations failed. The likely cause is other missing Windows updates.

Only you know I have the latest version of WINDOWS 8.1 and I don't know if this is true. Could you give me some advice to fix this error because I have never had such an error and now it pops up.
 
Install all available Windows updates, or upgrade to Windows 10 (a free upgrade is reportedly still possible using the media creation tool).

Just like I said, I've never had such problems with OBS and I've always used it on WINDOWS 8.1
