Bug sound

Hello

I have a problem launching OBS. The audio drops on my Bluetooth headset.
After several research I think it's a problem with OBS which modifies the right and left sound balance.
OBS changes the settings of its windows by deactivating one side.
Unfortunately, even if I increase it, the side that lowers the sound does not change.
I think there is a software bug with the audio output in headphone mode because the other sound outputs work correctly (jack or speakers).

Thank you in advance for your response.
If I'm not clear enough, don't hesitate.

Bluetooth is terrible for audio. It's not OBS's fault.

BT audio has essentially two modes. There are some nuances within each mode, but you're still limited to:
  • High-quality speakers only, with no mic
  • Low-quality speakers, with mic
If ANYTHING asks for the mic, then it switches to the low-quality mode. COMPLETELY get rid of ALL references to your bluetooth mic, even ones that you might have forgotten about, and see if the quality stays up.

If it drops out completely instead of simply reducing quality, that could be because Windows sets up two separate devices for the two different modes. Whichever device corresponds to the mode that it's currently in, gets to your ears, and the other becomes a black hole.

Again, that's a *Bluetooth* thing, not OBS, or anything else.

---

Also, I'd advise against using Bluetooth at all, or anything wireless. A wire will always be more reliable, in other ways than just this.

Merci pour votre réponse.
moi aussi je favorise les fils meme si c'est encombrants parfois.
Effectivement cela venait du casque bluetooth.
Il m'a suffit de désactiver le son du casque en enregistrement uniquement.

I also prefer wires even if they are bulky. Indeed it came from the Bluetooth headset.
All I had to do was turn off the headset sound for recording only.
