So I've been having this issue for a while now. I installed my new 1060 and everything worked accordingly. Since an OBS update it started crashing when I hit Start Record or Start Stream. OBS is working perfectly while using x264.
I have to also note that I reinstalled my driver with Display Driver Uninstaller and OBS. This didn't change anything.
