Bug Report BUG, low FPS in OBS, good FPS in Games + FIX

I recently found a problem with OBS studio. When I installed replay mod (MC mod) and ffmpeg OBS started to bug out by only outputting around 10 FPS in recording/stream when the game had over 60 FPS. By deleting ffmpeg and replay mod I fixed the problem.
