Bug in 27.2 - cameras no longer active

Downloaded and installed the new update (27.2) today, and my web cameras are no longer active, nor can they be activated. I don't know if this is a "limited resources" issue because of the limitation of USB connections, but it hasn't been this bad of a problem in previous versions. Anyone else having issues with the new update?

And now, rolling back to 27.0.1 -- and the cameras still don't show up.

have you connected new usb devices ?
