Bug Report Bug FPS during Record/Stream

Hi,

I have a problem with OBS Studio (new version)
Before, I could stream litteraly fine. But now, for record or stream my game is like that (any gameplay) :

You can see that during fluently movements, FPS are equal to 1 or 2 but when I play, there's 60 fps, normal.
Just on record/stream with the new version... This is my log file.

So : I install the version OBS 18.0.0 and all function... But my friend has the 18.0.1 and all function too... So can be a problem with somes pc's. I hope see you later to see an advancement about this issue.

Use the recording quality presets in Simple output mode, use a hardware encoder like QSV or NVENC, and enable vsync or some other type of frame rate limiter in your game.
