Apologies if this isn't the correct place to mention this, but every single time I open OBS it has Replay Buffer on automatically, I cannot turn it off and have it stay off upon a restart of OBS, I downloaded the latest version and done a OBS setup from scratch after wiping the computer of all OBS files, and still it continues, not sure if that's a new feature of sorts or not?
