Question / Help Buffering while i stream Rocket League?

Hello, can someone help me with my OBS settings?, soo last week, a friend of mine recommended me his OBS settings, which they look Full 720p60 and the worked fine for a day, the next day when i tried streaming again, the buffering on the stream has returned.

Can someone recommend me best OBS settings for my pc? PC Specs: - i7 7700K 4.2 GHz -GTX 1070 (OC) -16 GB RAM -Windows 10 (64bit)

My internet speeds:

Down: 50 MB/s Upload: 38-40 MB/s
