Question / Help BrowserSource Issue

So I have an IP camera set up and I am trying to get a browsersource capture. The camera (Foscam) does not have plugins supported for Microsoft Edge. When I input my IP:port info for the camera it shows the login screen. If I interact with that source and try to login it says I don't have the plugins and looks exactly like it does with Microsoft Edge.

I can get the plugins for internet explorer and see the stream just fine yet OBS does not reflect that, it is as if it can only see Microsoft Edge as the browser.

I can get the stream as an RTSP but it eventually delays more and more which won't work with my setup since I have 2 different cameras that I need to show in real time, so if my IP camera is going to delay it will throw off the whole stream.

Dear Tfergie18,

I got reliable stream capture from an Foscam camera with the gstreamer library. The details are here: https://github.com/Kees-van-der-Oord/OBS_PTZ_Camera_Control_Panel#gstreamer.

Hope that helps you.

WR,

Kees
