Video playback in Browser Source is broken
OBS 23.2.1 works well

OBS 24.0 is broken
OBS 24.0.1 broken
OBS 24.0.2 broken
OBS 24.0.3 broken

Video Starts playing and freeze after a few seconds
only audio continue

this is tested with multiple video files form different sources
also multiple complete clean install of OBS
on Windows 7 and Windows 10
