Browser Source not working: CSS and JS Problems

I started to develope an overlay with animations and styled in CSS. I made it with VueJs and running it on my localhost:8081. When I load it into my obs browser source then js is not loaded and also css has no effect on text. I know it must be possible, because there are other services doing this and also streamelement themes are working in my obs. Just mine is not showing correctly. Is it not possible with vue or did I forget something? Home somebody knows my problem and can help.

First thing solved: CSS styles must be at the bottom of the page before body closing.

But js is still not working

Ok. The whole vue is shown in OBS Browser. But the async data loaded is missing. It is only shown in my normal Chrome browser. Not in OBS. Does anybody knows what this could be?

Took me a half day, but now it works. My axios calls should be with http instead of https.
