Browser source not playing sound

Ok so I need some help
While streaming I have scene's set on my obs for browser links, one being linked to Dashboard sound alerts so that when people redeem certain things during stream a sound plays along with the message...

But a bit ago it stopped working in the sense that when someone redeemed something with sound, I heard it on my end but the stream didn't hear the alert's sound at all. So I went looking for solutions and found one that told ne to turn an option on which lets me monitor it's audio via OBS, and after that during todays stream it made the sounds play perfectly for viewers... for about half the stream until half way through not only did the success stop. But now they nor I can hear the sound alerts..

I've refreshed the link, removed the link and re-added it. And if I go to dashboard and click "Test in browser source" then the sound plays perfectly in obs.. but if it get's redeemed via stream either through twitch or OBS then it doesn't play any sound at all.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated..

Check in the advanced sound settings if you set it to monitor only when it should be both

Both of them are set to "Monitor and Output"

Then the issue most probably is in the service itself, not OBS. The fastest way to fix this issue is consulting with the support of the service you're using.

Ok I'll give their support a message to, I mostly thought it was an obs issue because when I click "Test in browser source" on the webpage, it plays clearly though obs, but any redeem done through OBS's side or twitches side would play any sound.

I'll message them and see if they know what's happened.
