Buddy of mine recently switched to OBS and is using stream elements web based overlays. On his stream they periodically freeze and stop updating until he restarts OBS. For example the chat freezes, animations stop working, ect. What should we start troubleshooting wise? He is on a 9900k and 2080ti with latest drivers.
