Other solutions say to disable hardware acceleration, but I can't find that option either. This is what my current configuration looks like:
I have tried to use both x264 and NVENC in the video encoder.
I am currently using Manjaro, my GPU drivers are NVIDIA proprietary, and my OBS version is 30.0.0-1.
With this same configuration (and hardware), I try it for Windows, and it works without problems. Honestly, I can't understand the root of the problem.
