Question / Help Browser Source causes Crashing?

I need some help to prevent this I am getting crashing from the browser source as stated by dodgepong "Looks like something is wrong with one of your browser sources. Can you try deleting it and re-adding it?" I have done this but no luck, I deleted all of them and re added them were I wanted them and it still has not worked. I will attach all my latest information here please assist me ASAP I will attach everything needed below.

Note: I have also reinstalled the program with the latest version for Studio 0.16.2 as well as restarted my pc after and I have not yet found a solution.

It was unorganized and a little rough edged on explanation I was going to delete it but I do not know how or even if I have the ability too. I wanted to make sure that it was all in one place and easier to understand sorry for the problem.
