Bug Report Browser Source Audio breaks if MacOS default audio is set to anything other than Built-In-Output

I have my Mac audio default output set to WavTap. The Browser Source fails when it tries to play any sound (stream alert sounds) and also cuts off all audio playing through WavTap.

I've tried it this using WavTap, SoundFlower, and LoopBack virtual audio outputs and it still breaks. Please help.
