Browser don't still work on Big Sur, OBS 2.6.1 and Apple Silicon M1

Hi, i've ugraded to OBS 2.6.1 but Browser still don't work on my Apple Silicon M1 Mac mini with Big Sur.
When I add one Browser Source... OBS crash and close immediately.

The Virtual Camera integrated work fine with ZOOM 5.4.4.

Any suggestion for Browser?
